Beautiful burnt orange, like Siena aglow in summer Sunset.
Outfitted with 2004 Record 10 Ultra, including black brake calipers, carbon seat post, and CT crankset. Rolling on Neutron tubular wheelset. It was a stiff, fast, but compliant ride. The low stack was just a bit too demanding on my shoulders and neck, and I was seeing more of the road than the scenery. Darn, because performance and aesthetics were both strong on this bike.
Best Ride: none really; it was always too small. I do recall one really fast, sweaty afternoon jaunt to Seal Beach. It was the bike combined with good energy and a beautiful late afternoon that made it. Unfortunate that the frame was just too small for comfort over longer rides. That's why I sold it and got a bigger one (outfitted with Chorus 10)!
