Celo Europa Super (Colnago)

Celo Europa Super Back to Timeline My first Italian road racing bike. Enough said. Well, no, there's more. I loved the chrome fork with flat crown and the bold, euro-esque name. The royal blue with white/yellow block letters is still one of my favorites. Resold Not my bike but the closest I could find online, for color and fork crown. Bianchi Specialissima 1978 Return to Timeline This bike came from Felice Gimondi's old club, that he continued to support as a pro...and beyond? Not sure. Whatever the case, any association with Gentleman Felice is very good thing. This frame represents a transition in style for Bianchi. Pantographing the seat cluster with the Bianchi name here complements the bold B engraved into the fork crown, something many models had already included for several years.
